Located in Manhattan’s NoLita, this tiny, white and very cool space was opened by Le Cirque’s ex-pastry chef, Iacopa Falai as a follow up to his Falai Panetteria and Clinton Street’s Falai. Serving delicious bites – of pastry, breads, antipasti and delicious deserts – it also offers real comfort food – baked eggs with spinach being one of the best dishes to be had. Prices are right, but it is the atmosphere that enchants: style at the heart of simplicity.
